All research involving human participants must obtain prior approval from the Institutional Review Board (IRB).

Note: Applicants are advised to carefully read the submission instructions before applying.

How to Submit an IRB Application

Download the IRB Proforma from the link below.
Complete all sections of the form.
Attach all required documents as per the checklist.
Email the complete application to the address mentioned on the form.

An acknowledgement of submission will be sent within three (3) working days. If no acknowledgement is received within this period, applicants are advised to confirm whether their submission has been successfully received.

Participant Information Sheet & Informed Consent Form
Drug Brochure (for clinical drug studies)
Any additional relevant approvals, if applicable
