Department of Pulmonology

About the Department

The Pulmonology Department at FRPMC is located at PAF Base Masroor. It is a newly developed department headed by Dr. Raniyah Akhter and is equipped to keep pace with advances in pulmonary medicine.

The unit consists of 5 beds and a procedure room with all basic facilities. In addition to three weekly outpatient clinics, the department provides pulmonary function testing, bronchoscopy, and diagnostic and therapeutic pleural interventions.

Students are exposed to modern technologies and receive comprehensive training to become future leaders through innovative education and research.
