About the Department

The Department of Paediatrics and Child Health at FRPMC, PAF Base Faisal and Masroor, is dedicated to providing quality medical care with compassion, professionalism, and social responsibility.

The department has outpatient clinics from Monday to Friday, inpatient units with 60 beds, 2 PICU and 2 NICU equipped with incubators and standby ventilators, and round-the-clock emergency services. It is PMC recognized and working towards CPSP accreditation for FCPS and MCPS training.

The department also aims to develop pediatric subspecialties and cultivate a research culture, while ensuring students gain exposure to modern techniques and hands-on clinical experience.
