About the Department

The Department of Orthopedic Surgery at FRPMC was established in August 2019 at PAF Base Faisal and PAF Base Masroor Hospital. It provides comprehensive patient care, research, and undergraduate education in orthopaedics.

Services include management of orthopedic trauma, fractures, bone tumors, limb length discrepancies, non-union treatment, arthroplasties, pediatric orthopedics, hand and upper limb surgery, arthroscopy, and foot & ankle surgery.

The department is equipped with state-of-the-art wards, operation theatres, and modern surgical instruments and implants. The mission is to deliver highest quality musculoskeletal care based on evidence, while producing research-oriented, skilled physicians.
