Everything you need to know for your convocation at FRPMC
Convocation Details
Date: Tuesday, 27th May 2025
Time: 4:00 PM sharp
Venue: FRPMC Auditorium, Faisal Base
Eligible: MBBS Final Year 2024/25 (Jan 2025)
Registration Process
- Check your name on the graduating list.
- Use the Online Registration link & submit all accurate details.
- Print the E-Invitation Card by 20th May 2025.
- Clear all dues prior to registration.
Provide an alternate email. E-invite is required for entry.

On the Day
- Arrive 1 hour early, dressed formally with regalia.
- Follow seating and guidance from volunteers.
- Official photography only during the event.
- Use designated parking area.
- No bags in procession β leave in Lecture Hall 1.
- Collect souvenirs at the exit gate.
Guest Policy
Each graduate can invite 2 guests (valid CNIC + relation required).
All attendees must carry original CNICs for security clearance.
Mandatory Rehearsal
Date: May 23rd & 26th (Friday & Monday)
Time: 10:00 AM
Venue: FRPMC Auditorium, Karachi
Attendance is required to participate in convocation.
π Registration Guide
- Only final-year students who have successfully completed all graduation requirements are eligible to register.
- Ensure that all details (name, roll number, CNIC, contact information) are entered accurately. These will be used for official records and your degree/certificate.
- Each graduating student is allowed to bring up to two guests (parents or guardians only). Children under the age of 12 are not allowed in the Convocation Hall.
- Formal attire is mandatory. Gown and cap must be collected as per the Regalia Policy.
- Cameras, mobile phones, handbags, electronic gadgets, and weapons are strictly not allowed inside the Convocation Hall. Please cooperate with the security staff.
- Attendance at the convocation rehearsal is mandatory for all participants/graduates.
- Please complete this registration form by May 20th, 2025. Late submissions will not be entertained.

Dress Code
Please adhere strictly to the following guidelines for a dignified ceremony.
Male Graduates
- Neat, formal, and appropriate appearance.
- Long-sleeve collared shirts with tie and dark trousers.
- Wearing a full suit is highly recommended.
- No jeans, t-shirts, polo shirts, or shorts.
- Dark leather formal shoes with dark socks are required.
- No slippers, sneakers, or sandals.
Female Graduates
- Elegant, formal, and presentable attire.
- Long-sleeved blouse with collar, long trousers or shalwar.
- Traditional attire allowed (if appropriate and formal).
- Dark leather shoes with dark socks are required.
- No slippers, sandals, or casual footwear.
- Make-up should be minimal and not excessive.

Eligibility
π¨βπ Students: Final-year students who have cleared all academic and administrative requirements.
π©βπ« Faculty: All designated faculty members participating in the convocation ceremony.
Schedule
- Dates: 22nd & 23rd May 2025
- Timings: 9 AM β 3:30 PM
- Venue: Academic Council Meeting Room (adjacent to HR department, FRPMC)
- Distribution: Department-wise for faculty, first come first served
Collection Process
- Submit payment receipt at Account Section
- Sign issuance register / student ID sheet
- Collect gown, cap, and hood
Security Deposit
- Amount: Rs. 5,000 (Refundable)
- Payment Mode: Cash at account section
- Refund: On safe return of gown, cap, and hood
Usage Guidelines
- Handle with care β no stains, tears, or damage
- No alterations or personalization allowed
- Return gown same day or as scheduled
Return Process
- Return Venue: Academic Council Meeting Room
- Timing: End of ceremony or before 12 noon next day
- Inspection: Done before refund
Damage / Loss Penalty
- Minor Damage: Cost of repair deducted
- Major Damage / Loss: Full cost recovered

π Rehearsal Guidelines
Dates: Friday & Monday, May 23rd & 26th, 2025
Time: Starts promptly at 10:00 AM
Attendance: Exclusively for graduands (guests are not permitted)
Dress Code: Neat and formal attire required β no slippers allowed
Reminder: Participation is highly recommended to familiarize yourself with the ceremony flow
